Monthly WordPress Maintenance Plans
Our maintenance plans keep your site updated, backed up and monitored every month, with updates tested on staging before they reach your live site, a clear monthly report and a set number of support hours for changes and fixes.
Monthly Maintenance Plans
A WordPress site is not finished at launch. Core, plugins and themes release updates constantly, some for new features and many for security. Skip them and the site becomes a target. Apply them blindly on the live site and sooner or later one breaks a form, a checkout or a layout. Most businesses end up somewhere in between, updating occasionally and hoping for the best.
Our plans replace hope with a routine. Each month we update on a staging copy first, check key pages and functions, then apply the same updates to the live site with a fresh backup in place. Backups run automatically and are stored off-site, separate from your hosting, so a server failure or hack does not take them with it. Uptime and security monitoring run around the clock, and we look into alerts rather than just forwarding them to you. Each plan includes a fixed number of support hours for content changes, small improvements or fixes, so you know what is covered before you ask.
At the end of each month you get a report showing what was updated, backup status, uptime, security scan results, speed checks and how support hours were used. Because ISOL Systems is led directly by our founder, the person maintaining your site knows its history, and you are not starting from zero with a new support agent each time you need something.
What You Get
Updates tested on staging first
WordPress core, plugins and themes updated on a staging copy, key pages and functions checked, then applied to the live site.
Off-site backups
Automated daily backups of files and database stored off-site, separate from your hosting provider, plus a fresh backup before every update.
Uptime and security monitoring
Around-the-clock uptime checks, malware scans and vulnerability alerts, with alerts investigated by us rather than simply passed on.
Monthly report
A clear summary of updates applied, backups taken, uptime, security scan results, speed checks and support hours used.
Set support hours
A fixed number of hours each month for content edits, small improvements and fixes, so you know exactly what is covered.
Priority response
Plan clients are first in line when something goes wrong, with urgent problems such as downtime or a hack handled ahead of new project work.
Our Process

We review the site, plugins, hosting and backups, fix urgent issues and agree the plan level, support hours and fixed monthly fee.

We configure staging, off-site backups, uptime and security monitoring and the reporting dashboard.
Monthly routine
Updates are tested on staging and applied, backups are verified, alerts are handled and support requests are completed within your hours.

Monthly Maintenance Plans: Questions Answered
What decides the monthly fee?
The size and type of site, how many plugins it runs, whether it is a store or membership site that needs more testing, how often backups should run and how many support hours you want included. We review the site before recommending a plan, so the fee reflects real work rather than a generic tier.
What happens to unused support hours or extra work?
How unused hours are handled is set out in your plan before you sign up. Work beyond your hours, or larger projects such as a redesign, is quoted separately as a fixed-price job so there are no surprise bills.
What if an update breaks the site?
Because updates are tested on staging first, most problems are caught before they reach your live site. If something still goes wrong in production, we restore from the backup taken just before the update and fix the issue as part of the plan.
Do I need to be on a specific host?
No. We work with most reputable hosts. During onboarding we check whether your hosting supports staging, backups and a supported PHP version. If it does not, we suggest changes or a move, but you are never required to switch.
