Most slow Elementor and Divi sites share the same history. Each page was designed on its own, with colors and fonts set by hand on every widget. Three or four addon packs were installed for one widget each. Sections are nested several levels deep, and performance settings were never switched on. The builder gets the blame, but the real problem is how the site was put together.
We build builder sites the way a developer would build a theme. Colors, typography and spacing are set once as global styles or presets. Headers, footers, single post layouts and archive pages are Theme Builder templates, and repeated sections are saved as global widgets or library items, so a change in one place updates everywhere. We use the builder's own widgets first, add an addon only when it earns its place, and use Flexbox containers in Elementor to keep the page structure shallow. Built-in performance options such as optimized asset loading, lazy loading and dynamic CSS are configured and tested, then paired with server caching.
Speed work is a large part of what we do, and we have taken mobile PageSpeed scores from 35 to over 90. On builder sites, most of the gain usually comes from removing unused addon assets, rebuilding heavy sections with native widgets and fixing image and font loading. Your editors still get the drag-and-drop experience they wanted.

Should I switch away from Elementor or Divi to get a fast site?
Usually not. A well-built builder site can pass Core Web Vitals. A rebuild on a block theme makes sense when you no longer need visual editing or the site is so tangled that cleaning it costs more than starting over. We will give you an honest comparison after the audit.
What affects the cost of a builder cleanup or build?
The number of pages and unique layouts, how many addons the site depends on, whether pages need rebuilding or just restyling, and any custom features such as forms, listings or WooCommerce templates. A fresh build with a defined page list is easiest to price. Cleanups are scoped after an audit.
Will my existing pages still work after you remove addons?
We check every page that uses a widget from an addon before removing it, rebuild those sections with native widgets or a small custom element, and compare the pages visually on staging. Nothing is removed from the live site until the replacement is approved.
What access do you need?
A WordPress administrator account, hosting or SFTP access, and your builder license details so Pro features and updates keep working. We create a staging copy to work on, so your live site stays as it is until you approve the changes.
