API and Third-Party Integrations That Keep Working

We connect your website to the systems your business runs on, such as CRMs, payment gateways, booking platforms and ERPs, with integrations that retry on failure, log errors and come with documentation your team can follow.

API & Third-Party Integrations

An integration that works in a demo is easy. One that keeps working for years is harder. APIs change versions, tokens expire, webhooks arrive twice or not at all, and a single failed request can leave a lead missing from your CRM or an order missing from your ERP. Most broken integrations fail silently, and you find out weeks later when someone asks why the numbers do not match.

We build integrations with failure in mind. Data flows are mapped field by field before any code is written, so both sides agree on what a contact, order or booking means. Requests go through queued background jobs with retries, webhooks are verified and handled idempotently so duplicates do nothing harmful, and every failure is logged with enough detail to fix it. Where a mature plugin or connector exists for HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho or your payment provider, we configure and extend it. Where it does not, we write a custom integration against the official API using OAuth 2.0 or the provider's recommended authentication.

You also get documentation: what syncs, in which direction, how often, what happens on errors and how to reconnect if credentials change. Integrations outlive the people who set them up, and the documentation is what keeps them maintainable.

What's included

What You Get

CRM integrations

Forms, signups and purchases sent to HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho with field mapping, deduplication, lead source tracking and owner assignment.

Payment and billing

Stripe, PayPal and other gateways connected for one-off payments, subscriptions, invoices and refunds, with webhook handling that keeps records in sync.

Booking and scheduling

Booking platforms embedded or connected through their APIs, with confirmations, reminders and CRM updates flowing automatically.

ERP and inventory sync

Products, prices, stock and orders synced with ERP or accounting systems on a schedule or in real time, with conflict rules agreed up front.

Webhooks and custom APIs

Verified webhook endpoints and custom REST APIs with authentication, rate limiting and versioning, so other systems can talk to your site safely.

Logging and alerts

Failed requests logged with payloads and error responses, retried automatically and flagged to you by email or chat when manual action is needed.

How it works

Our Process

01

Map the data flow

We document which systems are involved, which records move in which direction, field mappings and error cases, then agree scope and a fixed price.

02

Build against sandboxes

The integration is built and tested against sandbox or test accounts so no real customer data is touched during development.

03

Test failure cases

We test expired tokens, duplicate webhooks, API downtime and bad data, not just the happy path, and confirm logging and alerts work.

04

Go live and document

We switch to production credentials, watch the first live syncs, and hand over documentation covering the flow, settings and recovery steps.

Deliverables

  • A data flow map with field mappings for each connected system
  • A working integration deployed on your site or server
  • Webhook endpoints with signature verification and duplicate handling
  • Error logging, retries and alerts configured
  • A test log covering normal and failure scenarios
  • Documentation covering setup, credentials and recovery steps

FAQ

API & Third-Party Integrations: Questions Answered

What affects the cost of an integration?

The number of systems and record types, whether data flows one way or both ways, how much transformation is needed between them, the quality of the third-party API and whether a reliable connector already exists. A form-to-CRM connection is quick. A two-way order and inventory sync with an ERP takes longer. We price after mapping the data flow.

Should I use Zapier or Make instead of a custom integration?

For low-volume, simple flows, an automation platform can be the right choice and we will say so. Custom integrations make more sense when volumes are high, data needs careful transformation, timing matters or per-task costs add up. Some projects use both.

What access do you need from me?

Administrator access to your website, and API credentials or developer access for each connected system, ideally with a sandbox or test account. For CRMs and ERPs we also need someone who can confirm how fields and records are used in your business.

What happens if the third-party API changes or goes down?

Failed requests are queued and retried, so short outages usually recover on their own. Longer failures trigger an alert with the error details. When a provider announces API changes or deprecations, we can update the integration as part of a maintenance arrangement or as a separate fixed-price job.
