This policy explains what information ISOL Systems (Intelligent Solutions Systems, "we", "us") collects through www.isolsystems.com, why we collect it and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect
Information you send us
When you send a project brief or email us, we receive the details you choose to share: usually your name, email address, website address, the service you are interested in, your budget and timeline if you give them, and your message.
Technical information
Like every website, our hosting provider automatically records basic request data such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics cookies.
Fonts
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and shares your IP address with Google. See Google's privacy policy for how they handle that data.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote or audit.
- To deliver and manage a project if you become a client.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We do not sell your information, add you to a newsletter or share it with anyone for marketing. We only share it with service providers we need to run the business, such as email and form delivery services, and only for that purpose.
How the brief form works
Depending on how the form is configured, your brief is either opened in your own email app for you to send, or delivered to our inbox by a form delivery service (Web3Forms). Either way it ends up in our email account and nowhere else. The form also includes a simple spam trap that does not track you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project correspondence for as long as needed for the project, accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, Canadian, Australian and New Zealand privacy laws and US state laws such as the CCPA, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict how we use it. Email info@isolsystems.com and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
International transfers
We work remotely with clients worldwide, so your information may be processed outside your country. We use reputable providers and take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is handled.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS, access to our email and tools is protected with strong passwords and two-factor authentication, and we only ask for the access we need on client projects.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
