Using this website
You may read, share and link to the content on this site. Please do not copy substantial parts of it, including articles, case studies, images or code, for publication elsewhere without permission. The ISOL Systems name and logo are ours and may not be used in a way that suggests we endorse you.
The information on this site, including blog articles, is general guidance. It is not a substitute for advice on your specific website, business or legal situation.
Results and examples
Case studies and figures describe results achieved on specific past projects. Every website, market and app is different, and search engines, AI platforms and app stores make their own decisions, so past results do not promise the same outcome for you.
How projects work
- Quotes. Each project gets a written scope, timeline and price. Work starts once you approve it and any agreed deposit is paid.
- Changes. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we do it.
- Access. You provide the access, content and feedback the project needs. We use the access only for your project and recommend you revoke it when the work ends.
- Ownership. Once a project is paid in full, you own the deliverables we created for you: code, designs, content and configurations. Third-party themes, plugins, libraries, APIs and platforms remain under their own licenses.
- Accounts. Domains, hosting, app store developer accounts and paid API keys should be registered in your name. We can set them up for you on your behalf.
- Third-party services. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes or pricing changes at hosting providers, AI providers, app stores, search engines or other third parties.
Liability
We work carefully, use staging and backups and test before release. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data you did not back up.
