The Problem
A US publisher of speech-language education resources ran a main content site, a smaller niche site and two separate ecommerce stores with memberships and an online course platform. Traffic had plateaued, reporting tools were full of warnings and running four properties split the team’s time and the domain’s authority.
The goal was more organic traffic from the content the team was already producing, and a simpler setup that customers and staff could navigate on one domain.
What We Did
- Speed work across the WordPress estate: heavy scripts deferred, images and fonts optimized, caching and database cleanup, so Core Web Vitals moved into the green.
- Technical SEO: indexing issues, duplicate pages, redirects and internal links resolved until Search Console and site audit tools reported clean.
- Planned and led the migration that merged two ecommerce sites, including memberships and the course platform, into one domain.
